About the position

The Account Based Marketing Specialist will support the strategy and execution of the client's Account Based Marketing (ABM) program by creating customized digital marketing campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance the ABM program's effectiveness and drive client engagement. The position is remote and requires the use of personal equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and execution of the ABM program by building customized digital marketing campaigns.
  • Report to the Commercial CX Manager and collaborate with key stakeholders across digital marketing and client teams.
  • Shape and maintain the ABM Center of Excellence to assist with onboarding and optimizing self-supported ABM programs.
  • Design ABM strategies including email, web, social media, events, and paid media to drive client engagement.
  • Monitor and report on ABM program KPIs, benchmarks, and dashboards.
  • Document repeatable processes and best practices for marketing and client teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding communication for cross-functional teams involved in the ABM program.
  • Act as the Center of Excellence lead to update resources and disseminate ABM best practices.
  • Manage changes in program scope and devise contingency plans as needed.
  • Capture action items and track follow-up for ABM meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • 1-4+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Experience with account-based marketing or executing customer journeys.
  • Familiarity with email marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau and CRM systems is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, ideally in a B2B context.
  • Experience or coursework in product marketing or go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage relationships and deadlines.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience in collaborating across functions to deliver ABM programs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
