About the position

The B2B and Events Coordinator at Treasury Wine Estates is responsible for managing the logistics of events and group experiences across various TWE sites. This role involves coordinating customer details, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of both in-person and virtual events. The coordinator will also handle payments, oversee event correspondence, and contribute to the overall success of the events while maintaining high standards of excellence and luxury.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site events including social gatherings, tastings, weddings, and corporate events.
  • Create event orders and manage customer details, ensuring all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding event details and correspondence.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with vendors for event planning and execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely communication regarding event needs and feedback.
  • Maintain and update event management systems, tracking leads and event statuses.
  • Provide analysis and insights on event business ROI to support decision-making.
  • Attend site event meetings and contribute to monthly sales targets for TWE DTC estates.
  • Coordinate Wine Club and Consumer events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
  • Handle logistics for virtual tastings and corporate gifting, including inventory counts and order tracking.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or at least 1 year of event planning or catering experience.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Experience with event management systems and payment platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the wine industry or knowledge of wine products.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and logistics.
