About the position

The B2B Brand Marketing Manager at HydroPeptide is responsible for enhancing the brand's visibility and driving sales growth within the spa and medical aesthetic channels. This role involves collaborating closely with the wholesale team, developing targeted marketing strategies, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand the brand's presence in the professional skincare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share within the professional skincare industry.
  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Create promotions and marketing toolkits that boost customer engagement and order size.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Plan and execute targeted B2B email and SMS campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the email calendar, create segmented campaigns, and track performance to optimize engagement.
  • Collaborate on paid media campaigns, manage event marketing initiatives, and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally to create marketing collateral, update the professional website, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Support in-person events, tradeshows, and webinars with strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including lookbooks, merchandising assets, and promotional kits.
  • Develop video content in collaboration with various teams for cross-channel distribution.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B/brand marketing within the professional skincare, beauty, or esthetic industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth in the professional skincare industry.
  • Ability to leverage data and instincts to identify business opportunities and craft effective partner marketing tactics.
  • Experience reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, paired with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • A service-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence others while maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong understanding of skincare science, ingredients, and product formulations, particularly within brands with a scientific focus.
  • Relevant experience marketing in the spa or medical spa space.
