About the position

The B2B Business Systems Analyst at Sense will play a crucial role in the Business Operations team, focusing on Salesforce CRM administration and Account Based Marketing processes. This position requires a consultative approach to drive cross-team conversations regarding process and system needs while ensuring high data quality and effective system configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with stakeholders to identify sales and marketing system needs, document and prioritize them, and execute over time.
  • Design and implement whole funnel processes and reporting to support multiple sales teams with unique needs.
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce instance as the front-line administrator, including user provisioning, roles, profiles, and customizing records and layouts.
  • Maintain data quality and provide end-user training and education on Salesforce.
  • Research, select, implement, and support new and existing integration apps between systems, including sales activity tracking and order management.
  • Support the Sales and Finance teams through deal pipeline and contracting.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and customization.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce instances, including roles and profiles, sandbox and deployment management, and custom schemas.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and ABM software ecosystems and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently on technical problems and collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong desire for accurate, updated information in all systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Developer, etc.
  • SQL and database experience to collaborate with the internal data team.
