About the position

The B2B Content Marketing Manager for Financials at Dow Jones is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive thought leadership and content strategy aimed at enhancing engagement and awareness within the Financial sector, specifically targeting Banking, Investing, and Payments industries. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create high-quality content that positions Dow Jones as a trusted partner for enterprise business insights, while also managing the content production process and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global content program in partnership with the Financial sector Industry/ABM team, Product Proposition team, and Digital Marketing.
  • Produce compelling content assets such as articles, white papers, case studies, webinars, and demos that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with Industry Marketers to create an annual content calendar for continuous delivery of high-value content.
  • Manage internal and external content production processes and partnerships.
  • Run the Client Stories program, producing case studies for Banking, Investing, and Payments.
  • Conduct live webinars in the AMER and EMEA regions.
  • Oversee translation and delivery of content assets to select countries.
  • Ensure quality, brand tone of voice, and style across all channels and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the Communications team regarding the Content Calendar and media promotion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years in a B2B content marketing, industry marketing, or communications role targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in content marketing as part of an Industry Marketing team focused on Financial Services and/or ABM is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and running programmatic content initiatives such as case studies and thought leadership.
  • Ability to collaborate with Web teams, SEO, Social Media, and Paid Media for SEO-optimized content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a command of the English language.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on engaging customers through high-value content.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic understanding of The Associated Press Stylebook.
  • Experience in managing content for a global audience.
