As part of the global Marketing organization, the B2B Enterprise Marketing team is dedicated to driving business growth in partnership with the product and sales teams of Dow Jones' enterprise businesses, including Dow Jones Newswires, Factiva, and Risk & Compliance. This team adopts a client-centric approach, focusing on specific industries and accounts to develop and activate strategies and campaigns that enhance awareness, build reputation, and deepen relationships within these sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a thought leadership and content strategy in collaboration with the Industry/ABM Marketing team, subject matter experts, and the Digital Marketing team. Your primary focus will be on creating content for the Financial sector, specifically targeting the Banking, Investing, and Payments industries. The content you produce will enrich user experiences and boost engagement across various platforms, including web, social media, paid media, and events. The goal is to elevate Dow Jones' expertise and capabilities, positioning the company as a trusted partner for enterprise business insights while driving engagement among decision-makers in select accounts. This position is part of an exciting transformation towards an industry and account-focused model, and we are seeking a passionate, creative, and collaborative Content Marketing Manager to support our strategic content initiatives globally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global content program in partnership with the Financial sector Industry/ABM team, Product Proposition team, and Digital Marketing.
  • Produce compelling content assets such as articles, white papers, case studies, webinars, and demos that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Industry Marketers in Banking, Investing, and Payments to create an annual content calendar for continuous high-value content delivery.
  • Manage the internal and external content production process and coordinate with partners.
  • Work with the larger B2B marketing team, creative team, and external vendors to create and edit content, monitoring its effectiveness over time.
  • Run the Client Stories program, producing compelling case studies for Banking, Investing, and Payments.
  • Organize and run live webinars in the AMER and EMEA regions.
  • Oversee the translation and delivery of content assets to select countries.
  • Ensure quality, brand tone of voice, and style consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the Communications team regarding the Content Calendar and media promotion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years in a B2B content marketing, industry marketing, or communications role targeting Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in content marketing as part of an Industry Marketing team focused on Financial Services and/or ABM-Account Based Marketing approach is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and running programmatic content initiatives such as case studies, thought leadership, and product content.
  • Experience collaborating with Web teams, SEO, Social Media, and Paid Media to create SEO-optimized content that engages digital audiences is a plus.
  • Ability to conceive original and compelling ideas for new content that appeals to enterprise clients across various mediums.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language; familiarity with The Associated Press Stylebook is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage stakeholders at all levels while adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a curiosity to explore better ways to engage customers through high-value content.

  • Experience in the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to measure content effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
