About the position

The Senior Manager of B2B Copywriting at CVS Health is responsible for leading a team of writers to create impactful healthcare content and marketing materials. This role emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the B2B content strategy, ensuring that communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand voice. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at one of the corporate hubs three days a week, and focuses on delivering personalized experiences for customers and members.

Responsibilities

• Translate and distill complex information into simple, easy-to-understand communications.
• Lead and manage a team of B2B writers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, delivery managers, and external agencies to create effective content.
• Ensure all content adheres to the corporate style guide and brand voice.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in healthcare, journalism, or corporate communications.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of writers.
• 3+ years of experience using project management tools, with WorkFront experience preferred.
