Responsibilities

• Translate and distill complex information into simple, easy-to-understand communications.
• Write, edit, and proofread B2B content across various platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, delivery managers, and external agencies to create impactful content.
• Manage a team of writers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure all content adheres to the corporate style guide.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in healthcare, journalism, or corporate communications.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of writers.
• 3+ years of experience using project management tools, preferably WorkFront.
• Superb writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
• Experience working with complex clinical or operational materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
