About the position

The healthcare content and marketing writer will lead a team of B2B writers within CVS Health's Customer Success and Growth Organization. This role focuses on creating heartfelt, personalized content that enhances member, patient, and customer experiences. The writer will collaborate with various stakeholders to produce high-quality B2B content across the Pharmacy Services Segment, ensuring clarity and engagement in communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate and distill complex information into simple, easy-to-understand communications.
• Write, edit, and proofread B2B content, ensuring adherence to the corporate style guide.
• Manage a team of writers, providing guidance and support in content creation.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, delivery managers, and external agencies to produce impactful content.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in healthcare, journalism, or corporate communications.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of writers.
• 3+ years of experience using project management tools, with WorkFront experience preferred.
• Superb writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and adherence to corporate style guidelines.

• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail in grammar and spelling.
• Experience working with complex clinical, analytic, or operational materials to create relatable content.
