About the position

The healthcare content and marketing writer will lead a team of B2B writers within CVS Health's Customer Success and Growth Organization. This role focuses on creating heartfelt, personalized content that enhances member, patient, and customer experiences. The writer will collaborate with various stakeholders to produce high-quality communications that simplify complex information and align with the company's brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Translate and distill complex information into simple, easy-to-understand communications.
• Write, edit, and proofread B2B content across various platforms.
• Manage a team of writers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and delivery managers to create impactful content.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to corporate style guidelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B communications, preferably in healthcare or corporate communications.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of writers.
• 3+ years of experience using project management tools, preferably WorkFront.
• Superb writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
• Experience working with complex clinical or operational materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
