About the position

The B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist at Net2Source Inc. is responsible for managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on paid media and email marketing. This role involves planning, optimizing, and analyzing campaign performance across various platforms, ensuring quality control, and coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives. The specialist will leverage tools like SFDC and Marketo to track lead quality and campaign effectiveness, contributing to the company's growth and client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, 6sense, and other platforms.
  • Manage campaign planning, setup, and optimization.
  • Monitor performance and budget pacing 2x weekly.
  • Ensure quality control across all campaign elements.
  • Review/QA email campaign setup in Marketo (incl. HTML and smartlists) and test emails.
  • Monitor email performance (delivery, engagement) and advise on email performance trends.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics across paid social, programmatic, and direct publishing, and promotional emails.
  • Track lead quality and campaign effectiveness through SFDC.
  • Provide ad-hoc performance analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives using Asana.
  • Manage lead processing from multiple publishers.
  • QA landing pages, emails, and ads to ensure accuracy of messaging, and creative.

Requirements

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Marketo, and Litmus.
  • Expert project manager with project management tool experience (Asana, Jira).
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
