We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand generation, executing marketing programs that fuel top-of-funnel growth and sales pipeline development, and directly contributing to Solidus Labs' expansion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, particularly within finance, technology, or regulatory sectors, and a strong track record in multi-channel campaign management. This position covers both digital and field marketing responsibilities. You will lead in-person and virtual event projects, while planning and executing integrated digital campaigns across social media, email, and other channels. Proficiency in LinkedIn campaigns (i.e. LinkedIn Ads) and HubSpot are essential. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, committed to producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
