The B2B Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to increase brand visibility, generate high-quality leads from target accounts, and ultimately drive business growth. This role will be heavily focused on SEO, paid advertising, and overall digital strategy, and will play a pivotal role in managing agency relationships, implementing hands-on campaigns, and optimizing our online presence. You will be expected to work across multiple channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics, while also ensuring that the company’s digital presence aligns with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, and other platforms to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI, optimizing targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Hands-on execution and management of digital ad campaigns with a deep understanding of LinkedIn and Google’s advertising tools, strategies, and best practices.
  • Manage third-party SEO agency relationship, driving collaborative success and continually finding opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, focusing on technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content creation efforts.
  • Track, measure, and report on organic traffic performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Insights to track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Regularly analyze campaign data and performance metrics, preparing reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product marketing, campaigns, operations, and design teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on content marketing and digital strategies to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, SEO, and B2B advertising.
  • Implement best practices and innovative tactics to drive new leads and improve marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong focus on advertising and SEO.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Proven experience working in a startup environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Hands-on experience running and optimizing advertising programs across various channels - heavy focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Experience managing third-party agencies and outsourced partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external agencies.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently and seeing them through to completion.
