Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize current marketing campaigns to ensure their success.
• Conduct customer analysis to identify key differentiators and refine messaging.
• Develop a comprehensive marketing plan across all channels based on customer insights.
• Execute, track, and optimize marketing efforts using data-driven insights.
• Build and lead a high-performance marketing team, establishing processes for scalability.

Requirements

• Proven success in driving growth through SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure timely delivery.
• Proficient in analyzing data and making decisions using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Skilled in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that achieve measurable results.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or contractors.
• Ability to quickly diagnose marketing challenges and implement effective solutions.
