About the position

The B2B Field Sales Executive will be responsible for selling property management services to self-storage facility owners across the Western US. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to prospecting. The executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by meeting sales objectives and developing a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Meet sales objectives.
  • Qualify leads and develop qualified leads into clients.
  • Cultivate referral relationships with storage-industry participants like property brokers and other vendors.
  • Attend industry events throughout the western United States to promote the company and its services.
  • Make in-person visits to self-storage locations to connect with owners and decision-makers.
  • Prospect through cold calls and emails.
  • Deliver convincing presentations to prospective business clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in selling services to clients.
  • 3+ years of experience hitting high sales targets.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 3+ years of lead generation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in prospecting and converting leads to clients.
  • 3+ years of experience acquiring clients through networking events.
  • Experience in the self-storage industry is a strong plus.
