About the position

Collette is seeking a B2B Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI. The B2B Designer will create compelling designs for our B2B marketing channels, supporting the growth of this key part of the business. The incumbent must be able to create designs across multiple platforms, including but not limited to print and digital advertising, events, trainings, tradeshows, and enablement materials. This designer will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, B2B copywriter, and teams across marketing and sales to create tailored content in various mediums for the B2B channel. Additionally, this designer will create content to support sales and client care enablement, including flyers, presentations, and more. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and an inquisitive, team-oriented approach. The primary functions of the B2B Graphic Designer include conceptualizing and designing various mediums such as printed flyers and brochures, digital advertising, presentations, sales enablement content, and educational pieces. The designer will partner with the B2B copywriter to implement messaging and appropriate storytelling through partnered design and messaging. Collaboration with the Creative Team is essential to ensure a strong grasp of branding guardrails and design within the boundaries of the overall Collette brand at all times. In partnership with the B2B copywriter and Senior Marketing Manager, the designer will determine the cadence of information and bring content to life through visual elements like color, image, font, visual hierarchy, and more. Researching design trends and visual communications will also be part of the role, applying insights where it makes sense within the brand guardrails.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and design for various mediums including printed flyers and brochures, digital advertising, presentations, sales enablement content, and educational pieces.
  • Partner with B2B copywriter to implement messaging and appropriate storytelling through partnered design and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team to ensure strong grasp of branding guardrails and design within boundaries of the overall Collette brand.
  • Determine the cadence of information and bring content to life through visual elements like color, image, font, visual hierarchy, and more.
  • Research design trends and visual communications; applying where it makes sense within the brand guardrails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator in a Macintosh environment necessary.
  • Additional knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photo Resourcing, and Digital Work Management Systems preferred.
  • Photography and/or web experience a plus.
  • Digital, web-based, and sales enablement design skills a plus.
  • Strong time management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable taking and incorporating feedback.
  • Ability to advocate for creative choices; savvy to know when and where to do that.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to deliver sound design on time.
  • Desire to learn and stretch into new opportunities as they present themselves.
