Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office, including a third day. As a Growth Marketing Manager on the B2B Growth team, your primary responsibility will be to drive top-of-funnel and new customer growth for Notion's priority B2B segments. This role involves developing growth strategies and leading initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management, while also understanding and advocating for the self-serve customer journey, pain points, and motivations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving Notion's revenue growth by building, refining, and scaling a B2B-focused growth marketing portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, Partnerships, Affiliates, and other paid programs.
