About the position

Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office, including a third day. As a Growth Marketing Manager on the B2B Growth team, your primary responsibility will be to drive top-of-funnel and new customer growth for Notion's priority B2B segments. This role involves developing growth strategies and leading initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management, while also understanding and advocating for the self-serve customer journey, pain points, and motivations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving Notion's revenue growth by building, refining, and scaling a B2B-focused growth marketing portfolio that includes, but is not limited to, Partnerships, Affiliates, and other paid programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive concrete, attributable, scaled impact by designing and owning net new programs and levers to drive incremental revenue to Notion's business.
  • Focus on building systematic growth loops to drive scaled top-of-funnel acquisition of the most valuable B2B customer segments.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives by working with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, Business Development, and international teams to design, build, and launch growth initiatives.
  • Oversee funnel optimization, channel and program launches, partnership activations, and more.
  • Manage and be accountable for marketing spend, ensuring positive ROI for B2B-focused marketing activations.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize budget against the highest returning activities and channels globally.
  • Champion customer segment insights by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research to become an expert on the most valuable customer segments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and driving positive ROI.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey and pain points.
