About the position

As a Growth Marketing Manager on the B2B Growth team at Notion, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel and new customer growth within priority B2B segments. This role involves developing growth strategies and leading initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder management, focusing on the self-serve customer journey and driving revenue growth through a B2B-focused marketing portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own new programs to drive incremental revenue for Notion's business.
  • Build systematic growth loops to enhance top-of-funnel acquisition of valuable B2B customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development teams to launch growth initiatives.
  • Manage marketing spend to ensure positive ROI for B2B marketing activations, including budget planning and optimization.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into valuable customer segments.

Requirements

  • Proven success in executing acquisition strategies across various growth marketing channels, with specialization in at least two channels such as Affiliates, Partnerships, Referrals, or Influencers.
  • Deep experience in cross-functional collaboration with diverse partners and teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of inspiring teams with a clear vision of success.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and owning work streams end-to-end.
  • Strong desire to learn about customers through interviews, feedback, and research.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical background with data querying and visualization experience (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Hex).
  • Experience in building and scaling channel partnership programs.
