DoorDash is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our B2B Integrated Marketing team. This role is pivotal in defining the integrated marketing strategy for our key products within the first-party platform services line of business. The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for driving awareness and education around operating seamlessly on DoorDash through various initiatives. The successful candidate will identify the right merchants to target and create easy-to-navigate merchant journeys in collaboration with growth marketing, CRM, and product teams. This position will involve close mentorship from the Senior Manager, Merchant Marketing, and collaboration with the Platform Strategy & Ops and product management teams to surface audience insights that inform the marketing roadmap. The role will also include building scaled go-to-market campaigns and executing 0-1 experiments aimed at increasing brand awareness and demand generation for our products. The ideal candidate will be adept at operating at both strategic and tactical levels, seamlessly switching between the two. A strong foundation in audience insights is essential, achieved through partnerships with research and analytics, as well as driving original research to define consumer needs. The candidate should have a proven track record of leveraging insights to build consensus among large cross-functional teams and establishing trusted relationships with senior product leaders. A data-driven mindset is crucial, as the role will require setting a learning agenda for all projects to enhance impact against engagement and business goals. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Platform Services Marketing.
