About the position

The B2B Marketing Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in analyzing marketing data to derive insights that drive business strategy and improve customer engagement. This position involves exploring data infrastructure, performing data analysis, and visualizing findings to understand key marketing patterns and trends. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders to communicate insights and influence marketing strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Explore data infrastructure and extract necessary data for analysis.
  • Perform data analysis and visualize findings to understand key marketing patterns and trends.
  • Summarize analysis on customer needs, product positioning, campaign performance, market trends, and competition in actionable business updates.
  • Tell the story behind the numbers to influence and inspire corrective actions to the business strategy.
  • Acquire, summarize, and circulate key takeaways from primary research and market trend analysis in partnership with the marketing research team.
  • Drive account penetration and upsell motions to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Understand and communicate performance drivers and opportunities for product marketing messaging.
  • Partner with marketing to create data-driven campaigns that optimize prospect conversion.
  • Build feedback loops to highlight knowledge gaps and drive future analysis and research.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related work experience in Data Analytics, Consulting, or Marketing Analytics.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in data visualization, with PowerBI being highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Hive, or Azure Databricks is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or MS Dynamics) is preferred.
