About the position

The B2B Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to uncover insights that drive business strategy and improve marketing performance. This role involves collaborating with various business partners to communicate findings and influence decision-making, while also creating data-driven marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Explore data infrastructure and extract necessary data for analysis.
  • Perform data analysis and visualize findings to identify key marketing patterns and trends.
  • Summarize analysis on customer needs, product positioning, campaign performance, market trends, and competition in actionable business updates.
  • Communicate insights to business partners to influence and inspire corrective actions to the business strategy.
  • Acquire and circulate key takeaways from primary research and market trend analysis in partnership with the marketing research team.
  • Drive account penetration and upsell motions to improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Understand and communicate performance drivers and opportunities for product marketing messaging.
  • Partner with marketing to create data-driven campaigns that optimize prospect conversion.
  • Build feedback loops to highlight knowledge gaps and drive future analysis and research.

Requirements

  • 5+ years related work experience in Data Analytics, Consulting, or Marketing Analytics.
  • B2B SaaS experience in marketing and sales analytics is highly preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Adept at data analysis and passionate about uncovering significant patterns and insights.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a virtual environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sets and requests.
  • Experience managing stakeholders (Director+) in a matrix environment across time zones.
  • Experience in data visualization is required; PowerBI is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Hive, or Azure Databricks is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or MS Dynamics) is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a technology and resource solutions provider environment.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence language tools for job descriptions.
