About the position

The B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist at EviCore Healthcare Solutions is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness and adoption of EviCore's solutions among health plan audiences. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to develop customized market messaging and key buyer experiences, ensuring that marketing strategies effectively address the unique challenges faced by buyers in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of buyers' unique challenges and opportunities to position offerings effectively.
  • Lead market research initiatives to gather audience perspectives and develop actionable buyer insights.
  • Translate complex subject matters into compelling marketing messages that address client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and distribute health plan-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns, including strategic positioning and campaign analytics.
  • Build effective product launch plans in partnership with product and development teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2B2C marketing, preferably in healthcare marketing.
  • Experience in developing thought leadership content such as articles, whitepapers, and video scripts.
  • Strong writing ability to convert complex subject matter into simplified, impactful messaging.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with good judgment in prioritizing needs.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans within budget and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to messaging and strategic planning efforts.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship management skills to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in marketing or communications preferred.
