To help us grow, we're seeking a B2B Marketing Director to help us transform and execute our marketing strategy for decision-makers in the education space. The right candidate will develop strategy and drive the execution of marketing campaigns designed to acquire and retain customers for our K-12, early childhood education, and higher education verticals. Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated marketing strategies that generate a pipeline of qualified prospects for the Kelly Education sales teams across K-12, early childhood education, and higher education.
  • Build winning campaigns in concert with our Brand and Performance Marketing teams, using a range of paid and organic marketing channels and tactics, including social media, web/digital, email marketing, video, SEO, referral marketing, account-based marketing, PR/communications, and more.
  • Contribute thought leadership, insights, competitive intelligence, and informed opinions to senior management as it pertains to strategy. Execute strategy with team or business leaders.
  • Develop, improve, and oversee various analytics and customer dashboards to provide insight into current and future clients with the most attractive lifetime value.
  • Utilize understanding of marketing automation platforms to drive operational efficiency.
  • Work with the Kelly Education marketing team to execute automated targeting and nurturing campaigns to contacts that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Deploy account-based marketing tactics to attract identified key accounts to Kelly Education.
  • Develop, measure, and optimize messages and offers that drive brand engagement, increase loyalty, and enhance LTV, across the installed base of Kelly clients (B2B).
  • Working very closely with senior sales leadership, develop annual strategic and tactical B2B marketing plans that are consistent with—and supportive of—our business development agenda relative to the designated market.
  • Manage and own the B2B marketing budget. Work closely with marketing colleagues to validate which programs are performing well, justifying incremental investment, or recommending alternate investments.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience for an education-focused company or organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in marketing, PR, business or other related field of study.
  • A digital native with an incredibly strong digital marketing acumen.
  • Experience building, overseeing, and/or using martech stack tools to their fullest capacity.
  • Significant experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred).
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and communications best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—listening, writing, editing, verbal—with attention to detail as well as the ability to distill complex and technical issues and ideas and organize them into meaningful messages.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to work with and influence others both within marketing and throughout the organization.
  • Ability to consult with peers and teams across functions on strategic objectives, messaging, and the most effective marketing channels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail, execution, and multitasking skills.
  • Must possess business maturity and emotional intelligence.
  • Able to handle pressure well and work under deadlines.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate campaign performance and provide ROI measures.
