About the position

The B2B Marketing Manager at Sanven Technology LTD. will be responsible for enhancing the company's brand presence and outreach in the DIY Tools and Outdoors industry. This role involves managing social media content, engaging with influencers, and supporting various marketing initiatives to drive sales and improve customer service in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

  • Posting finalized content and moderating comments across various social media platforms.
  • Engaging in creative brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas with the team.
  • Ideating and executing giveaways across a variety of platforms, including social media and influencer networks.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, influencers, and partners to strengthen relationships and promote co-marketing initiatives.
  • Seeking out opportunities for brand visibility in-store and on various forums, websites, and social platforms.
  • Researching and reporting on potential influencer partnerships and coordinating campaigns.
  • Writing copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, and social media posts.
  • Supporting the marketing team in optimizing new product campaigns and setting relevant KPIs.
  • Assisting in other cross-functional projects that involve marketing elements.
  • Providing guidance to other team members and collaborating on team tasks.
  • Designing and planning events/exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media or physical marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical products and topics to market them in a user-friendly way.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team player; ability to collaborate and take criticism constructively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to research and identify suitable influencers for brand partnerships.
  • Market research/data analysis knowledge.
  • Familiarity with influencer campaign metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion tracking.
  • A passion for social media culture and proven experience in content creation.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere, for creating visual content.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing channels.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing marketing landscapes.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to team projects.
