About the position

Eventbrite has built a world-class events marketplace, enabling entrepreneurs around the world to build and grow their businesses by hosting ticketed live events and helping event-goers discover unique, local events they’ll want to attend. We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic B2B Marketing Manager Lead, focused on leading the sales enablement function, improving the effectiveness of our Sales organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing enablement programs, tools, content, and processes that will empower our sales professionals to achieve their revenue goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to enhance the productivity of the sales team.
  • Create, manage, and optimize sales content, playbooks, training materials, and other enablement resources.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure sales teams have the latest product knowledge, messaging, and competitive insights.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate ramp-up time.
  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools, CRM enhancements, and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Establish KPIs and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Solve ambiguous challenges. Identify areas of opportunity, proactively address business problems, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to sales leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or sales training, with a Bachelor’s degree. 8 years with a Master’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives, deliver polished presentations, and clearly articulate complex concepts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Passion for empowering sales teams and driving measurable business impact.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where solutions need to be built from the ground up.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills, Fantastic communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to executives/senior management and peers.
