About the position

The Marketing Manager at Stock & Option Solutions is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in the B2B professional services sector. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in content development, digital marketing, and brand management. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences effectively, all while reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
  • Lead content development for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, social media, and website performance to optimize online presence.
  • Identify and manage industry events, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with company goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B service industry-related business or marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Copywriting and marketing campaign experience
  • Organizational leadership, planning, and project management
  • Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Canva, Adobe, Salesforce & HubSpot experience highly preferred

  • Experience in the equity compensation industry
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting software
