About the position

The Marketing Manager at Stock & Option Solutions is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth in the B2B professional services sector. This position requires a results-driven individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences effectively. The role emphasizes creativity, innovation, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences while managing multiple marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
  • Lead content development for the website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, social media, and website performance to optimize online presence.
  • Identify and manage industry events, partnerships, and sponsorships that align with company goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to improve outcomes.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B service industry-related business or marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Copywriting and marketing campaign experience
  • Organizational leadership, planning, and project management
  • Professional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Canva, Adobe, Salesforce & HubSpot experience highly preferred
