The Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategic B2B marketing plans for all Force Marketing and affiliate brands, utilizing innovative techniques to enhance brand presence and recognition in the current market while supporting expansion into future markets. This role is pivotal in shaping the marketing direction for the company and requires collaboration across various functions to ensure that the company's solutions are marketed effectively for maximum return on investment. The Marketing Manager will act as a liaison between senior leadership and vendor partners, overseeing a comprehensive range of B2B corporate and product marketing services, including branding, advertising, web content, graphic design, multimedia development, public relations, and more. In this role, the Marketing Manager will meet with executive leaders across Force brands to gather their needs, outline requirements for key marketing initiatives aligned with strategic priorities, and debrief on performance outcomes from marketing activities. The manager will consolidate requests from leaders and convert them into actionable tasks that can be delegated to the company’s marketing vendor partner for strategy consultation, design, development, and support. Utilizing the vendor partner's design and development outputs, the Marketing Manager will execute marketing strategies across relevant channels, including scheduling social media posts, managing press and media communications, email marketing, digital media, and website content. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will build and maintain internal branding guidelines, releasing updates as necessary. They will pull reports on marketing strategies to demonstrate the performance of brand awareness initiatives, traffic, and lead generation activities, providing recommendations for improvement. The role also involves managing company-wide marketing systems and applications such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, Black Pearl, Leadpages, GoToWebinar, Asana, THX Client Gratitude, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. As the main project manager, the Marketing Manager will ensure that all activities related to vendor and internal team tasks for various projects are completed on time and within budget. Furthermore, they will lead efforts to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, coordinating campaigns with sales, and work closely with vendor partners to manage and launch new product marketing campaigns and collateral, as well as prepare for company participation at industry events and conferences.
