About the position

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's Autopilot program and Corporate Housing offerings. This role focuses on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies aimed at attracting multifamily property owners, generating leads, and supporting sales alignment to expand the Autopilot supply. The position is pivotal in establishing the company as a leader in flexible living solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads for the Autopilot program through various channels including email campaigns, paid ads, social media, sponsorships, and events.
  • Partner with the sales team to create compelling collateral, refine messaging, and support outreach efforts to engage property owners and decision-makers.
  • Craft and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture prospects, including webinars, newsletters, and downloadable resources like case studies and white papers.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, LinkedIn ads, and page optimization, to ensure measurable results.
  • Organize and promote the company's presence at key industry events, such as NMHC conferences, to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Utilize tools like CoStar and other real estate databases to identify target properties and market opportunities.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including metrics like qualified leads, website traffic, and conversions, to measure ROI and guide strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in real estate, multifamily housing, or a related industry.
  • Expertise in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, ads platforms, email marketing tools, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
