About the position

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Marketing to develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aimed at driving the company's growth and achieving its business development objectives. This position is essential for acquiring new customer relationships, generating brand awareness, and increasing market share. The role requires a hybrid work schedule, with two days in the New Jersey office, allowing for collaboration with the team while also providing flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for creating client marketing plans that translate business objectives into actionable marketing goals, strategies, and tactics. You will conduct thorough research to identify new target market initiatives that will help grow business relationships and attract new clients. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve driving leads for prospective clients, ensuring that all lead profiles are accurately updated and complete in the CRM database. You will also manage and enhance email marketing programs and organize webinars targeted at both new and existing customers, tailored to different stages of the sales cycle. Overseeing the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns will be crucial, ensuring that all outputs meet the highest quality standards. You will need to be adept at adjusting marketing strategies based on data analysis and feedback to optimize outcomes effectively. Staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in the industry will be essential, as you will be expected to incorporate innovative ideas into your strategies. Building strong business relationships with key industry players will be vital for developing a competitive advantage. Additionally, you will manage budgets and maintain a conference calendar, providing support to leadership throughout the business development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience driving leads
  • Ability to generate unique, high-impact direct response ideas
  • Prior experience working at a high-growth start-up preferred
  • Experience with ZoomInfo and Mailchimp, or similar platforms required
  • Located and embedded in the NYC world
