As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will support the North American B2B business in creating and securing demand for products across North America. You will lead a cross-functional team through business planning and execution activities to position the business to achieve its short-term and long-term business results. This role requires you to partner with Sales Leadership to ensure that market and customer requirements are integrated into business and operational plans. You will act as a steward of the B2B P&L and initiate corrective actions or initiatives to drive overall improvements. Your responsibilities will include partnering with sales and other cross-functional team members to build and execute strategies to achieve desired business and market objectives for this $300MM Net Sales business. You will closely monitor and identify changes in market, customer, and competitor trends that could impact current and future business performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for B2B innovation projects from concept development through execution and customer sell-in and in-market performance. You will also provide strategic direction and collaborate with the pricing team to develop and optimize pricing architectures, strategies, and plans by Non-food B2B market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the North American B2B business in creating and securing demand for products across North America.
  • Lead a cross-functional team through business planning and execution activities.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to integrate market and customer requirements into business and operational plans.
  • Act as a steward of the B2B P&L and initiate corrective actions to drive improvements.
  • Align resources and lead cross-functional teams to execute against strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and identify changes in market, customer, and competitor trends.
  • Create materials needed to attain new business, including trade show materials and sell sheets.
  • Identify market opportunities and risks, quantify P&L impact, and justify investments for future growth.
  • Lead commercialization efforts to ensure growth commitments and portfolio expansion initiatives are met.
  • Establish and report against key performance metrics, addressing any gaps to budget and future commitments.
  • Manage B2B innovation projects from concept development through execution and customer sell-in.
  • Develop and manage innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Create communication vehicles and sales tools that convey brand value and justify selling price premiums.
  • Provide strategic direction for pricing strategy development and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing and business development.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance metrics.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage performance effectively.
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying customer trends.
  • Proven track record in innovation project management and execution.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
