About the position

We are looking for a new team member to join our rapidly growing global MarOps team and be the first team member in NYC! As a MarOps Manager, you will work closely with our US Marketing leadership team and global Marketing Operations and Analytics group, playing an instrumental role for our Marketing department in driving strategy and daily operations and impacting the business. Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for the NAM Marketing team, collaborating with NAM Marketing leadership to create roadmaps, targets, and KPIs. You will be responsible for creating the necessary processes, ceremonies, and data reports using Salesforce, HubSpot, and various BI tools for the NAM marketing team. Leading data meetings and enabling roadmap and KPI monitoring will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will identify pain points and business opportunities across different funnels and customer journeys in MAM, as well as operational and data gaps. Gathering needs and working to create both short-term and long-term solutions with relevant stakeholders in NAM and HQ will be essential. Acting as a connector between marketing operations and analytics and the entire marketing department, you will be the go-to person for operational and data needs of the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner for the NAM Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with NAM Marketing leadership to create roadmaps, targets, and KPIs.
  • Create necessary processes, ceremonies, and data reports for the NAM marketing team.
  • Lead data meetings and enable roadmap and KPI monitoring.
  • Identify pain points and business opportunities across different funnels and customer journeys in MAM.
  • Identify operational and data gaps, gather needs, and create solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a connector between marketing ops & analytics and the entire marketing department.
  • Serve as the go-to person for operational and data needs of the marketing team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations roles in a B2B/SAAS company.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot/marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Looker/Tableau/Power BI/data visualization.
  • SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in building processes for complex operations.
  • Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
