About the position

DoStuff is seeking a creative and organized B2B Marketing Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts in collaboration with the Sales team. This hybrid role focuses on developing impactful marketing programs, compelling pitches, and visually appealing designs that resonate with clients and audiences. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in marketing or sales support, thriving in a fast-paced environment while driving revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to brainstorm and build custom marketing programs that align with client goals.
• Create simple, effective designs for pitch decks, proposal one-sheets, and sales templates using tools like Canva, Keynote, or Adobe.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as graphics, B2B emails, LinkedIn posts, and client presentations.
• Develop category-specific product sheets and solutions to help win new business.
• Translate creative concepts into client-facing deliverables that are clear, actionable, and visually engaging.
• Identify trends, new leads, and potential verticals for business growth through market research.
• Pinpoint key decision-makers and opportunities, becoming an expert on client needs.
• Assist in creating sales proposals, contracts, and tailored marketing plans that meet client objectives.
• Maintain CRM reports, develop processes for lead tracking, and ensure sales goals are met.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Keynote, or Adobe.
• Experience in lead generation and sales support.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify trends.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Interest in live events and pop culture.
