About the position

The B2B Martech Capability Lead is responsible for leading the B2B Technology go-to-market strategy, focusing on B2B marketing technology, including Marketo and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role involves providing strategic insights and consultative guidance to clients, developing MarTech solutions, and ensuring effective lead generation and customer engagement. The position requires collaboration with various teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and staying updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the B2B MarTech division, aligning with company goals and client needs.
  • Design and implement MarTech solutions for B2B clients using platforms like Marketo to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Lead the development of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technology offerings, including audience segmentation and targeted outreach programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on MarTech strategies and technology investments.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations in B2B MarTech to enhance service offerings.
  • Establish performance metrics to track the effectiveness of MarTech plans and provide insights to clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience developing successful MarTech strategies that improve measurable results.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Consultative experience explaining complex concepts and strategies to clients and company partners.
  • Expertise in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
