As an Outside Sales Representative at Broadway Equipment Company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for our innovative automotive solutions. We are a market leader in the automotive dealer industry, specializing in manufacturing automated car wash systems and providing a subscription-based customer retention program to OEM auto dealerships. This position is designed for a confident, self-motivated, and high-achieving individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Your territory will primarily cover Arizona and Southern California, where you will engage with potential and existing customers to communicate our value propositions effectively. In this commission-based role, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial income through two types of commissions: one-time commissions from capital equipment sales and ongoing residual commissions from subscription sales. Our top representatives have the potential to earn over $300,000 annually, making this an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. We also provide startup assistance in the form of a salary draw during training and the first year to help you establish your sales career with us. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, particularly those who have face-to-face sales experience and a passion for building relationships with business owners and executives. While experience in selling to car dealerships or car wash management is a plus, it is not a requirement.
