About the position

As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with small to medium-sized business owners in the Springfield area. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing for appointments received from your assistant the day prior, ensuring that you are well-equipped to make the most of each meeting. Your daily routine will typically involve directing 3-4 sales appointments, where you will market and secure Survey Agreements with business owners. This role requires a proactive approach to contacting the Business Coordinator with feedback from your appointments and sharing new business lead opportunities. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to review your daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, who will provide you with the necessary support to enhance your sales performance. The position is commission-only, with the potential for high earnings through residual income and daily cash bonuses. You will also benefit from comprehensive training and development programs, ensuring that you are well-prepared to succeed in your role. After 60 days of employment, you will be eligible for full benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan after one year. Responsibilities

  • Preparing for appointments received from assistant the day prior, ensuring readiness for meetings.
  • Directing 3-4 sales appointments daily with owners of small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Marketing and securing Business Analysts a Survey Agreement during appointments.
  • Contacting Business Coordinator with feedback from appointments and sharing new business lead opportunities.
  • Reviewing the day's successes and challenges with the Sales Manager for support and guidance.

Requirements

  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; relevant experience will be considered over a degree.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
  • Good communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover clients' real pain points.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.
