As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with small to medium-sized business owners in the Jefferson City area. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who possess a strong background in business ownership or sales, particularly those with at least three years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for preparing for daily appointments, which are typically scheduled within a 20-mile radius of your home. Your primary goal will be to market and secure Survey Agreements through direct interactions with business owners, presidents, and CEOs. In this role, you will conduct 3-4 sales appointments each day, providing you with ample opportunities to showcase your sales skills and build lasting relationships. After each appointment, you will be expected to communicate feedback to the Business Coordinator and share any new business leads that arise. Additionally, you will review your daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, ensuring that you receive the necessary support to achieve your sales targets. This position offers a commission-only compensation structure, with the potential for high earnings through residual income and daily cash bonuses. The company provides comprehensive training and development for new hires, along with full benefits after 60 days of employment, including a 401(k) plan after one year.
