About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative with our company, you will have the opportunity to leverage your sales experience and business acumen to drive growth and success in a dynamic environment. We are seeking energetic individuals who possess a strong background in business ownership or sales, particularly in B2B contexts. This role is ideal for those who are confident in their abilities and are looking to take on new challenges in their careers. You will be working with a leading business development firm, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the company as a whole. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing for appointments that are scheduled by your assistant the day before. Your travel will be local, typically within a 20-mile radius of your home, allowing you to focus on building relationships with small to medium-sized business owners. You will conduct 3-4 sales appointments daily, aiming to market and secure Business Analysts a Survey Agreement. After each appointment, you will contact the Business Coordinator to provide feedback and share new business lead opportunities. Additionally, you will review your daily successes and challenges with your Sales Manager, ensuring that you receive the necessary support to achieve your sales goals. This role is commission-only, with the potential for high earnings through residual income and daily cash bonuses. Realistic first-year earnings are projected to be between $100,000 and $110,000, with opportunities to earn high six-figure commissions. You will receive comprehensive training and development, along with full benefits after 60 days of employment and a 401(k) plan after one year. You will also benefit from a protected territory and pre-set appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling.
