About the position

As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base within the Kenosha area. This position is ideal for energetic individuals with a strong background in business ownership or sales, particularly those who thrive in a face-to-face selling environment. You will be responsible for preparing for daily appointments, which are typically scheduled within a 20-mile radius of your home. Your primary focus will be on engaging with owners of small to medium-sized businesses, presenting our services, and securing Survey Agreements. In this role, you will conduct 3-4 sales appointments each day, providing you with ample opportunities to showcase your sales skills and build relationships with key decision-makers. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with the Business Coordinator, sharing feedback from your appointments and identifying new business leads. Regular reviews with your Sales Manager will help you assess your daily successes and challenges, ensuring you receive the necessary support to achieve your sales goals. This is a commission-only position with the potential for high earnings, including daily cash bonuses and residual income. After 60 days of employment, you will be eligible for full benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan after one year of service. Responsibilities

  • Preparing for appointments received from assistant the day prior, with all travel being local and typically within a 20-mile radius of your home.
  • Directing 3-4 sales appointments daily with owners of small to medium-sized businesses to market and secure Business Analysts a Survey Agreement.
  • Contacting the Business Coordinator with feedback from appointments and sharing new business lead opportunities.
  • Reviewing the day's successes and challenges with your Sales Manager and gaining sales support as appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; relevant experience will be considered over a degree.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business owners, presidents, and CEOs.
  • Good communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to uncover the real 'pain' a client might be experiencing.
  • Ability to begin work immediately.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Ability to relocate to Kenosha, WI before starting work.
