About the position

The B2B Paid Media Marketing Specialist at Hubwallet is responsible for leading paid media strategies across various platforms, including META, Google, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on lead generation. This role requires a results-driven individual who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising strategies across META and Google Ads.
  • Create and manage retargeting, display, and search campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define target audiences and create campaigns focused on acquiring qualified leads.
  • Implement strategies to nurture leads through the funnel, improving conversion rates and ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and maximize results.
  • Generate detailed reports on KPIs, including impressions, CTR, CPL, and overall lead quality.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and ensure messaging consistency.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages.
  • Monitor developments in digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaigns (META and Google Ads).
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Strong background in using analytics tools like Google Analytics for campaign tracking and insights.
  • Expertise in creating and optimizing campaigns for lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B audience behavior and targeting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
