About the position

The B2B Representative at Poynter's Business Solutions is responsible for selling technology solutions to new and existing clients, aiming to meet or exceed personal sales revenue targets. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and document solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Implement solution sales strategies through prospecting, account evaluation, development of solutions, proposal, negotiation, closing, and implementation phases.
  • Build and manage strategic territory and account plans.
  • Manage all aspects of complex sales cycles effectively and aggressively.
  • Establish a qualified pipeline of business and maintain an accurate forecast in a sales automation system.
  • Grow business through new customer acquisitions and add-ons to the existing customer base.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Successful business solutions sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, as well as listening, negotiating, and persuasive skills.
  • Highly competitive and driven to succeed.
  • Self-starter.
  • College degree strongly preferred or related experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum three years successful business to business selling experience.
  • Stable track record of employment in the document management industry.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
