About the position

As a B2B Sales Account Executive at AT&T, you will focus on generating new sales revenue through mobility solutions. This role involves hunting for new leads, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and delivering customized solutions. Your success will depend on your ability to drive sales, maintain a self-starter mindset, and build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Actively hunt for new leads within your assigned territory through external networks and cold calling.
  • Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections and identify key trends.
  • Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present beneficial products and services.
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams of assigned complex accounts.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Experience and knowledge in mobility products and services.
  • Proficiency in managing sales funnels and experience with CRM systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in telecommunications.
