About the position

The B2B Sales & Account/Marketing Manager at Trio Heating & Air is responsible for leading business development efforts, managing client relationships, and overseeing growth-driven projects, including marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for expanding business accounts and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to expand business accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee external partnerships with key vendors, ensuring marketing strategies and campaigns are aligned with business goals.
  • Track and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS, ensuring our marketing efforts deliver results.
  • Collaborate across teams to create integrated sales and marketing strategies that resonate with potential clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Report on KPIs, sales performance, and other growth metrics to the executive team.
  • Lead special projects, including events, initiatives, and marketing-driven campaigns that support our business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies (lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing).
  • Experience managing external vendors and overseeing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Service Titan is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
