AT&T's B2B Sales Development Program is a premier opportunity designed for individuals eager to launch a successful career in sales. This full-time program, which begins in Winter 2025, offers a comprehensive 4-month training experience that combines instructor-led interactive training with real-world sales engagement. Participants will have the chance to connect with a diverse range of customers, from small business owners to multinational corporations, allowing them to develop their sales skills and gain valuable experience in the field. The program emphasizes the importance of innovation and technology in sales, as AT&T continues to expand its 5G network and fiber footprint across the country. As a participant in the B2B Sales Development Program, you will be equipped with the tools and resources necessary to excel in a competitive sales environment. The program is structured to help you understand the sales process, from securing new business to managing existing customer relationships. You will learn how to leverage advanced technology to solve business problems and provide exceptional customer service, all while meeting sales goals. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in an outside sales role, where you can further apply your skills and knowledge in a dynamic setting. This program not only offers a competitive base salary of $57,000, but also the potential to earn an additional $23,000 in commissions when sales goals are met. Participants will also receive a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with $2,500 paid within the first 60 days and the remaining $2,000 upon completion of the program. Additional benefits include relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in sales.

Requirements

  • Bilingual skills a plus.
