About the position

The B2B Sales Development Program at AT&T is a paid 4-month initiative designed to equip participants with the skills and experiences necessary for a successful career in sales. Participants will receive comprehensive training, engage with real customers, and learn to solve business problems using advanced technology. The program aims to prepare individuals for various sales roles within AT&T Business, culminating in placement in an outside sales position after successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in instructor-led interactive training sessions.
  • Engage with real customers in the sales process.
  • Secure new business and manage existing business customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Utilize advanced technology to solve business problems.

Requirements

  • Desire to launch a career in sales.
  • Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree, Business-related major preferred.
  • Ability to relocate within the U.S.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications or technology products.
