The B2B Sales Manager at WYD Group is a pivotal role focused on driving sales growth within the logistics sector, specifically targeting the Asian to North American market. This position requires a dynamic individual who can identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with both existing and prospective accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, which includes making cold calls, developing and maintaining relationships with assigned customers, and promoting the full range of company products and services. The role demands a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales goals and targets, while also collaborating with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals. In addition to sales responsibilities, the B2B Sales Manager will be tasked with managing and updating the client database to ensure accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, team-based environment and possesses a deep understanding of customer care. The role is full-time and requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, with the potential for bonus opportunities and uncapped commission based on performance. Candidates must have a strong background in logistics, particularly in international freight forwarding and ocean import sales, with at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to speak Mandarin fluently, as this will facilitate better engagement with clients in the target market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth areas with existing and prospective accounts
  • Perform all aspects of the sales process, including cold calls
  • Develop and maintain assigned customers
  • Manage and update client database

  • Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Logistics including Asian to North America, Import/3PL/Trucking/FBA/NVOCC
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
  • Must be willing to work in a very high energy team-based environment
  • Must have a deep understanding and appreciation for customer care
  • At least 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding/ocean import sales
