You will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new, while searching, sourcing, and screening potential candidates utilizing multiple online resources. Building close partnerships with clients is essential, as you will help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. Conducting in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates is a key part of the role, as well as mentoring and developing entry-level sales consultants across the office. You will also have involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals, and negotiating commercial terms of business and rates.
