About the position

The B2C Marketing Manager at Homethrive plays a crucial role in driving growth through effective marketing strategies aimed at user acquisition and engagement. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, ultimately enhancing the caregiving experience for members. The role encompasses brand strategy, campaign management, member engagement, and client success enablement, all within a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the brand messaging guide to support marketing programs and communications.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, direct mail, and events.
  • Create lifecycle campaigns and triggered communications to continuously engage members and encourage action.
  • Craft communications and narratives with superior judgment, acting as a steward of the brand.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for key clients, partnering with their internal marketing teams.
  • Build processes, playbooks, and customized marketing materials in collaboration with Client Success.
  • Activate marketing efforts around strategic partnerships to connect members with caregiving resources.
  • Lead new marketing initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 4 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or benefits.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team player mentality.
  • Ability to translate brand positioning into consumer-friendly language and compelling campaigns.
  • Excellent marketing communication skills (written, verbal, visual), particularly in email marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on results and detail-oriented execution.
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Innately curious and eager to learn, balancing creativity with analytical thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree.
