About the position

The FP&A Analyst plays a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing operating expenses within the company. This position supports business partners by providing insights into financial performance and trends through ad hoc analysis, ensuring informed decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze departmental and company operating budgets and forecasts
• Create variance analysis reports and financial models for management
• Build strong working relationships with business partners and develop a deep understanding of the department's role and contribution to the company
• Ensure clear and concise communications between business partners and FP&A
• Understand basic accounting principles

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SAP/S4
• Experience with SAC
• Advanced skills in MS Excel/Spreadsheets
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint/Presentations
• Familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word
• Ability to analyze data
• Effective communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
