About the position

We are seeking a passionate Designer to join our team of designers in North America! In this role, you will be responsible for hands-on graphic design with a focus on 2D package design, product graphics, and multiple consumer touchpoints throughout our consumer's journey. You will need expertise in the relevant design software to develop concepts and bring established design concepts to finished executions, all while understanding the creative design process. Under the direction of the Brand Expression leader, you will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for North America Baby Care brands across various consumer touchpoints including packaging, product graphics, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, and social media. It is essential to ensure that brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively. You will work seamlessly with Design colleagues as well as multifunctional partners, communicating and justifying conceptual and directional choices while being accountable for excellent execution.

Responsibilities

• Build concepts and execute the visual strategy for North America Baby Care brands across consumer touchpoints.
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
• Work seamlessly with Design colleagues and multifunctional partners.
• Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
• Be accountable for excellent execution.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable both giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong collaboration and interdependence skills within design and multi-functional partners.
• Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating needs.
• Outstanding project management skills and able to handle complexity with confidence.
• Outstanding time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery.
• Flexibility in an environment of constant change.
• Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
